"Отель понравился. Устроило практически всё. Расположен удачно, пешочком на вокзал, до старого моста пройтись - тоже не проблема, большой т/ц в одном квартале. Номер небольшой, но вполне комфортный и функциональный. Всё работало, с водой, светом, вайфаем и ключкартой проблем не было. Убирались чисто, полотенца меняли. Очень приличный завтрак и начинается достаточно рано. К минусам отнёс бы слишком мягкий для меня матрас на кровати, и не сильный, но постоянный гул, вероятнооот вентиляции."

"The room was very nice, with three beds, ideally enough for a family of four. The river view from the entrance was beautiful, though unfortunately, the ancient bridge was not visible. The room had kitchenware, so you could cook. It was very close to the ancient bridge, and there were convenience stores nearby. Overall, I highly recommend it. Also, don't leave the door open at night, as it's full of bugs."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location right by the old bridge. However, there's a shisha lounge next door, and since our room was on the ground floor, we were subjected to strong smells and a lot of noise from guests smoking late into the night. To make matters worse, the bar next door had a live band that was incredibly loud all evening. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to seriously reconsider this place."

"We booked the most expensive room for its bridge view. Finally, whatwe got in return was a huge wall 2 meters away from the window which is not even similar to the view and blocks everything. Later, we learned that the photos in the ad were taken from the building next door, which is currently under renovation. Despite everything, we would like to thank the hotel staff for the taxi they provided us to reach our next stop."

"Convenient parking, it seems to be a motel on the main road? The guy at the front desk said there was some problem with the system, and after half an hour he finally gave me a room. I was given a triple room instead of two twin rooms, which was good. The carpet in this room has a nice color and a better sense of design, which is better looking than an ordinary double room. The hotel restaurant only serves dinner after 8pm, and people are not allowed to enter before 8pm. The corridors are dark, with sensor lights. Because it is not in the city center, it is a bit dark to go downstairs. There are only two floors in total. The pasta for dinner was super delicious! The bread for breakfast that looks like fried dough sticks and twisted dough sticks is also very delicious. The hot milk in the coffee machine seems to be a little sweet because of sugar. The cappuccino is delicious, but the milk coffee is more bitter."

"Despite being touted as Mostar's best 5-star hotel, my actual experience was quite underwhelming. It felt more akin to a 3-star-plus hotel. First off, the location isn't ideal; it's quite a distance from the Old Bridge area. Secondly, the in-room amenities were very basic and certainly not up to 5-star standards. For instance, the safe was difficult to operate, there was no conditioner, and no weighing scale. The showerhead was also quite dated. Thirdly, the service was subpar and not particularly warm or welcoming. Breakfast was decent, but the 'orange juice' was clearly diluted, more like flavored water, and certainly not freshly squeezed. All in all, it's acceptable for a one-night stopover, but if you truly want to experience the Old Bridge, a UNESCO World Heritage site, I'd highly recommend staying at any hotel located closer to or within the heritage area itself."

"Very close to the ancient city of Mostar, the hotel room is large and relatively new. Breakfast is very good and parking downstairs is convenient. Self-driving tour chooses this hotel, the price is still relatively high."
